The Maharaj Ji, the young Indian guru, has married his secretary. The plumpish spiritual Leader of a reputed total of six million people associated with his Divine Light Mission, who says he is 16 years old, was married Monday night in his $80,000 Denver home.

His bride is Marolyn Lois Johnson, who is 24 years old. In order to marry her, the guru needed a court order from Judge Morris E. Cole, in Juvenile Court, because he was too young to obtain a marriage license in Colorado without parental consent. Judge Cole commented that the guru "makes quite a bit of money and he seems quite mature - much older than 16".
