The movie begins with chaotic scenes of an Indian religious procession in Patna, India 1971 which ends at a huge gathering of people at a religious festival with the young Prem Rawat or Guru Maharaj Ji on a large stage. A woman's voice-over begins:

Satguru means true remover of darkness and revealer of light denoting the most holy person amongst all mankind. This film is the history of a child Satguru who has millions of followers around the world. He is known as Satguru Maharaji, He is 14 years old.

Some years ago the Light of the World was living in the foothills of the Himalayas. He travelled throughout Northern India and to those who came to Him he revealed the truth. His followers called Param Sant Satguru Dev Shri Hans Ji Maharaj. Through the devotion of his followers Prem Nagar, a city of love, was built near Hardwar on the Ganges.

As the time approached for Shri Hans Ji Maharaj to leave this world the young Guru Maharaj Ji began to manifest his divinity. His words moved his father's disciples to tears of joy. After a lifetime devoted to bringing Knowledge of God to millions of followers, Shri Hans Ji Maharaj left his mortal body in Perfect Peace.

But the Light never dies. Guru Maharaj Ji is always in the world to bestow Knowledge of God on the true devotee.
As he sheds one mortal body, he takes another.

At his father's funeral the young Guru Maharaj Ji spoke with great strength and authority to the thousands of weeping disciples gathered there. "Dear children of God, why are you weeping, haven't you learnt the lesson that your Master taught you? The Perfect Master never dies, Maharaj Ji is here amongst you now. Recognise Him, obey Him and adore Him. Immediately the Holy Family along with all the mahatmas prostrated before the Lotus Feet of the Perfect Master and received his blessing. Guru Maharaj Ji then announced, "I have not come to establish a new religion, I have come to reveal the Truth knowing which you will be free. If you come to me with a guileless heart and sincere desire I will give you eternal peace."

Apart from Hans Rawat himself, the Rawat family were a dowdy and unattractive lot. They were also were corny and unsophisticated, even by 1960's standards. How embarassing they often were to their super-hip, counter-culture followers. At least they provided some inadvertent comedy and light relief.

A larger and more even more chaotic Indian religious procession in Delhi, India 1971 which ends with a gathering of a million people is where the young Prem Rawat or Guru Maharaj Ji announces He has incarnated with more power than ever before. The rulers of the world will bow before Him and He will bring 1,000 years of peace to all mankind.

In November, 1970 at India Gate, Delhi more than one million disciples gathered to see and follow their Lord. He declared, "Give me your love and I will give you peace. Surrender the reins of your life to me and I will give you salvation. I am the source of peace in this world. Many times I have come but this time I have come with more power than ever before. But what can I do unless men come to me with love in their hearts and a sincere desire to know Truth. I declare that I will establish peace in this world." This was known as his "Peace Bomb" speech.

In the summer of 1971, Guru Maharaj Ji arrives for the first time in the Western world. The sincere seekers of truth knew immediately that he was, in reality, the dispeller of darkness and illusion and the revealer of Light.

"I believe in one reality and that is the pure religion. Religion word has been started from the word realization and the realisation of God is the pure and perfect religion. There is a glorious sun, not the sun that you see in the sky but the sun which is within ourselves, which is much brighter, much, much, much brighter than the sun you see in the sky. People think God is a man. People think God has got ears, nose, teeth and he rises daily in the morning, toothbrushes, washes mouth and he is an old man also so he makes his beard also and all that people think. But no, God is energy, God is perfect and pure energy and that is why scientists say energy cannot be created and cannot be destroyed. And this Knowledge, this Word of God, how, they sway in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God, now try to understand here, and the Word was God. Isn't it, isn't it a fantastic sentence? In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Now this is that Word and so this is the perfect and pure energy and it has no creation and no destruction and this is the Word, this is God. And he is under our pillow and if we search Him outside, can we get Him? No. We can't get Him, this is a very practical thing before you. It's a very, very practical thing. People try to search God outside. How can we get you? God is inside. People might think that I am an Indian so we shouldn't receive the Knowledge. You know, you are not receiving me. If you are receiving me then yes you can have a duality in your heart of black and white but you are not receiving me, you know, so there is no question of black and white. You are receiving my Knowledge , Knowledge hasn't got any colour. And so, receive my Knowledge, not me. And this Knowledge is so Holy, so Perfect that one spark that comes out of this Knowledge is so perfect, so, so perfect, wherever it goes it hits, it makes it perfect and wherever it goes, again hits, it makes it perfect. Wherever just one spark of this Knowledge shines up, absolutely perfect. So that Knowledge I'm, I have got it here."

"I, I'm doing this prachar. I, I'm giving this Knowledge to people and people are responding to it fantastic. I don't know what's happened to people but they are just responding to it fantastic because one thing I tell them first of all that listen I don't give you anything from my pocket, understand, it's within inside you, if you like it, go ahead, do it, if you don't like it, just leave it. And try it and try it you'll like it and people try it and they like it and they just adore it, it, it's fantastic, we like it. So because we have something truth to give to people show people will realise and there will be time when the whole world has to realise and those people who are crazy will be dying because of they are crazy. One thing you must understand , one thing, for ever, because of uh I might be seeing you then in India I might not be coming to Europe before because I am going to Japan and from Japan I might go to Australia, come back, come back and turn around and go back to India but meditate and you will see how perfect meditation is. How beautiful the meditation is. I think you better sing some songs then we will finish our program. Blessing to all the premies."

"There are so many movies being made today and what do they show? The destruction of the world. And one movie that shows it a better way the destruction of the world they give it a prize. ???? academy award because it shows the destruction of the world. Man, we can finally understand that what man has got in his brain is to destroy the whole world. He does not understand that if he tries to cut the same branch he is sitting on he will also fall down. He doesn't understand that so he is trying to cut the same branch on which he is sitting. He is trying to cut away the same world he is sitting on he is on. Now if this will be destroyed where the man will live?"

So understand that bond that I will tell you, understand ?????. That’s why I’m here. That’s why we are here in satsang. And there will be many festivals to talk about, not only one Guru Puja but three or four festivals each year. Here, in ??? where thousands and thousands of you can come and understand, realise what you want ????? and have more satsang. You know, I, I get this, what is satsang? Satsang is a high dose which is not given through that capsules, is not given through capsules but is directly given through injection. And it immediately acts without any delay or anything, immediately acts. Now you might read scriptures which are like tablets, then you might read a key to the scriptures which is maybe more like a capsule, but satsang is a high dose. Guru Maharaj Ji or anyone can give you satsang really can inject it into you ??????. But Guru Maharaj Ji can give satsang, he knows how to give the dose, he gives it so beautifully he doesn't give you pain ????? and perfectly. He just pushes and goes up, up and up and then the perfect meditation. You can go to a point where you have to stop the rockets because that’s the most point you can reach on them. You have to stop your Apollo cause that’s the most point you can reach on them but this is such a far-out elevation you need to stop yourself from going up. You’ll just go up, up, up and up, infinitely up, and that’s it. And you know what is the deal This Knowledge which is given you the ???? which is given to you. People who are really meditating are really realizing how ???? this Knowledge is, how beautiful this Knowledge is, how important this Knowledge is, they are really realising now. If you don’t meditate, you won’t realise. And I'll tell you now, you don’t meditate, meditate for me, you meditate for yourself. You, you should get high, I’m high, I’m high enough, You should get high. You need this meditation because you want to get high. Not me I'm high, meditate, you want to get to this point where you can also get to this meditate state. I’ve given you this Knowledge therefore meditate, meditate on it. And all premies must understand, is a very important point. I must explain to everyone in America, I’m not scared of telling them this point because it’s true, it’s a true point, there is a going to be a soon, the time is coming soon where you’re going, going to see a great, strange thing happening, really far-out thing happening. The time is coming this very year ???? people will realize who is God. ???? Know God exists. Blessing to all the premies.

"If there is a father, supposedly I'm a father and there is fire burning here and my child is crawling towards the same fire, right, and he is very near to the fire and almost he is in the fire and I''m still watching him, am I a father? I have got no right to say myself I am a father because if I am a father I have got many responsibilities on him myself, and one of the responsibilities is to protect my child. Don't you tink that we have already entered this fire? Where it is getting out of control? Everyone is coming, a bullet comes and shoots you, no-one cares for human life. Haven't we entered this fire? And it's a very very very bad fire we have entered and God can still watch you think? That the human race will be destroyed and God will still watch? He is a father? If he is going to watch and the world being destroyed he is not a father, something else but he is not a father. But no, God has manifested Himself because if He manifestes Himself after one year, it will be too late, too late.
