Thanks for a great summation of what could be the current general belief system of premies, as well as a  reasoned critique.

One question, however.  The premie cosmology you just described still includes Masters, secret initiation, and some spritual concepts.  What do they tell new aspirants.  Is the Spritual Master story part of a standard explanation, or is the focus on just feeling good.  It seems that while the former might elicit chuckles from most normal people at least it is honest, to just push a feely good story is downright misleading.
